1. Turning on the faucet and letting out the water while in the tub.
2. Climbing in and out of boxes before they are wrapped with his gifts in them to play with them.
3. Hiding whatever it is mommy is looking for.
4. Chasing the dogs until they cry to be let outside even though it is so cold out. If they could talk, I think they would ask for a prescription.
5. Taking EVERYthing out of the garbage.
6. Taking all the wipes out of the container and eating some, then leaving some for later.
7. Getting an erection EACH and EVERY time I change him. Starting to freak me out.
8. Standing in this weird tripod position and staring at you through his legs.
9. Climbing off the couch, bed, etc. safely, and climbing into or onto everything else as unsafely as possible. Often successfully, though, as I continue to find him places and wonder how he got there.
10. He's starting to use word-like sounds, and FINALLY knows that I am momma!!

All Day Long
All day long he takes garbage out of the cans to play with, and puts his toys in there for safe keeping. How strange.

Hansel and Gretel
When you're a baby, everything is food. Dryer sheets, socks, bugs, mud, hair, kleenex, and dishwasher pellets. Finn ate a lot of things today.
He also pulled out ALL the clean towel and toilet paper, and trashed all 3 garbage cans, while managing to dump my audio-book CDs all over the floor.
I know no one said this was easy, but Shit!!! Half my house is sticky and the other half is edible. Unless I recently moved into a gingerbread house, I need to step up my game.

This Morning
So, this morning, like the genius that I am, I changed Finn just before the tub, and decided to let him run free in the nude. This is one of his FAVORITE things to do, as anytime his Johnson is in hand, he's a happy boy (must be a guy thing).
So, anyway, while I was prepping his bath water, he was running around stark naked, holding his wiener, shrieking, and playing with his toys. It was quite a sight, and cuter than I dare admit on the internet.
When I went to collect him, I noticed his bottom was no longer clean. Damn! I knew I was asking for it. He just loves being naked so much! Anyhow, I had to run around the room cleaning up little piles of baby pies (think hershey's kisses) before bath time. All in all, it was an easy clean up and worth the effort to see him so happy.
I supposed this makes up for when he crapped on the bottom of the tub for Tom last week. He's an equal opportunity pooper. EOP. Someone call Affirmative Bowel Action and let them know we're compliant!

New Videos
There are several new videos on YouTube. Click the link on the right and check them out. Check out the Podcast Everyone's a Critic, as well. You won't find a better way to waste an hour, so play it in the car, or on the treadmill, and prepare to laugh your ass off!!! Tom and Cecil put it out and it's really funny, and I did the intro this time! Yeah me!
Snooping
Well, Finn found one of his Christmas gifts, and was VERY excited by the box. I hope he likes what's inside just as well! Oh, and for the record, Toys R Us is just as much fun as an adult as it is for a kid.
The Black Death
We've had the plague here, which is why my posts have been lagging. First Tom got it, then Finn got it, then I got it, and just when we thought he was getting better, Tom got it AGAIN. I think it's time to quit that second job, or he just might die of exhaustion!
Anyway, Finn and I are better, but tom is going on a month with his annual asthmatic bronchitis evil cough attack thing and uses his nebulizer and meds to control it. So Fun.

Power to the People
The other weekend, my mom and my brother baby sat Finn for a few hours so we could prepare friendsgiving (a meal in which we give thanks to our friends for their support and love in the last year). Well, Tom did the preparing, and I did the cleaning, but anyhow...
Finn came home with some new tricks, and I think my brother was trying to teach him something, though we have no idea what.

This isn't a very good picture of it, but he puts his fist up in the air and looks at you expectantly. It's very weird, and I wish I knew what it meant.
Anyway, here are some more pictures to satisfy your sweet tooth.

By the way this adorable outfit was compliments of Grandma Lynn, who has given me more overalls than I could possible make him wear!!! :) Cute, aren't they?Mr. Wendell and the Potamus
Finn has started to snuggle with his stuffies. It's just about the cutest thing ever. He drags them all over the house with him, lays on the ground and rubs his face on them. Sometimes he even gives them to you so you can hold them while he rubs himself on them.
These first two are pictures of our pink Potamus that helped us discover it all. We were having a particularly crabby grocery store run, when this was sitting out for sweetest day. He reached for it, I gave it to him, and he snuggled with it and loved it instead of throwing things out of my cart the rest of the trip. $12.99 later, the pink potamus was ours.

This is Wendell, who Finn loves almost as much as us. YES, he is named after the Arrested Development song from the early 90's. Don't laugh, you liked it too. Anyway, Finn carries Wendell with him everywhere, and doesn't just rub his face on him, he rolls his whole body over him and flips him around-- the whole thing brings new meaning to the term 'heavy petting'.

Here is a full-on snuggle, moving into a roll.

Here is an intermittent smash, and a move to roll again.

In person this is so cute, I 've actually melted a few times.
Baby Blue Eyes
Well, Finn got his two front teeth on Veteran's Day, and two more a week later, but this is about how cooperative he has been at showing them to me. I'll get you some pictures soon!
